Can I become an ambassador?
Our Ambassador Programme is currently closed as we restructure and enhance the Sweet Bronze Glow Collective for 2026.
We will be reopening applications soon with limited spaces available.

How long will it take to get my orders?
Orders placed before 12noon will be shipped the same days with Royal Mail 24 hour tracked.
Orders shipped off shore may be delivered within 2 - 3 business days.

Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship to United Kingdom, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man.
What should I do if my order isn't delivered or missing?
If you think your parcel has been mis-delivered or missing, please contact us at hello@sweetbronze.shop and our customer service team can investigate this with Royal Mail.
Any reports of mis-delivery or lost parcels cannot be accepted after 14 days from the date of delivery.
As our delivery service is tracked, we can see exactly the location of where your parcel was delivered and a delivery image shall be provided as proof of delivery.
Any parcels requested to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour are at the customers request and Sweet Bronze are not liable for any parcels which are missing or stolen.
Returns
You can return the product within 30 days after receiving it only if it is, unused, undamaged and unopened. If you already used the product, you cannot return it, and we cannot refund you the purchase price.
We do not offer refunds on Tanning Sprays.
The cost of shipping for the return may be deducted from your refund.

*When we receive the package, we will check the product is in a reusable condition and then refund your money. This procedure may take a while.
