Subscription Policy

Thank you for subscribing to our products! Below is our policy regarding subscription orders.

How It Works

When you subscribe to one of our products:

  • You will receive regular deliveries based on the frequency, monthly.
  • Each subscription order will be processed automatically and charged to your selected payment method.

Minimum Subscription Commitment

To ensure the best experience and value, we require a minimum of two (2) subscription orders before a subscription can be cancelled.

Cancellations

  • Subscriptions can only be cancelled after your second order has been processed and shipped.
  • If you attempt to cancel before your second order, your cancellation request will be deferred until the second order is completed.
  • After the second order, you may cancel at any time by logging into your customer account or by contacting our support team.

Pausing or Skipping Orders

  • You can pause or skip an upcoming order at any time after your first delivery.
  • Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge date.

Billing and Shipping

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically prior to shipment.
  • Please ensure your shipping address and payment information are up to date to avoid delays.

Returns and Refunds
