Shipping Policy
Overview
At Sweet Bronze Ltd, we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time. However, we can’t take responsibility for delays caused by couriers or situations beyond our control.
Your order will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please make sure all address details are correct, as missing or incorrect information can lead to delays or delivery issues.
If no one is available when your parcel arrives, Royal Mail will follow any delivery preferences saved on your account – such as leaving it in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at a local Pickup. You can update these preferences once you receive your tracking details via Royal Mail website or app.
All parcels are tracked, and Royal Mail provides a delivery photo as proof. If you’ve asked for your parcel to be left somewhere safe or with a neighbour, this is at your own risk. Sweet Bronze Ltd cannot be held responsible for items that go missing or are stolen after delivery.
If you need help with a delivery, get in touch with us at hello@sweetbronze.co.uk within 48 hours of the parcel being marked as delivered. Please note that we’re unable to investigate lost or mis-delivered parcels if reported more than 14 days after the delivery date.

Please note that 24 hour tracked is only available for orders placed before 3pm.
Processing Time
- Orders placed before 12noon will be dispatched the same day, orders after may not be dispatched until the following day.
- Orders are dispatched and Delivered Monday - Friday.
- Any order placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following working day.
- We do not dispatch on Bank Holidays and Royal Mail do not deliver on Bank Holidays.
- If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- During busy times, including public holidays, there may be a delay with the courier service.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- We advise that you download the Royal Mail app so you can track and make any changes to your order.
- You will receive an estimated delivery time.
- If you are not in, Royal Mail will leave it at your 'Safe place' or at your local pick up point.
- Please check your tracking with Royal Mail before contacting us.
Missed Delivery
- Sweet Bronze Ltd is not responsible for missed deliveries
- Royal Mail will send you a notification of delivery day and a estimated delivery time will be given.
- If a parcel is returned to Sweet Bronze Ltd, we are not responsible for covering the cost of redelivery and you will be invoiced with the cost of this, your order will be resent out once payment is made.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Sweet Bronze Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages or Lost Orders
- Sweet Bronze Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
- Please note that we’re unable to investigate lost or mis-delivered parcels if reported more than 14 days after the delivery date.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Please contact us in the first instance with any queries.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain items may have restricted shipping destinations based on local laws and regulations.
